March Technique Club

Our technique this month for club was Spotlighting.

I used a line image for this card.

I colored directly on the stamp with markers.

For the Spotlight, I stamped it on watercolor paper and 

used an Aqua Painter to blend the color: absolutely the easiest way to watercolor.

For this card I used a bold image.

This technique makes for a striking card without any fuss.

Paper Pumpkin

This month's kit came with everything needed to make 8 cards with lined envelopes.  

My 17 year old needed a Thank You card, so naturally, I encouraged (ie. prodded)

her to make her own.

This is her version of the Thank You.  Super quick and easy. 

Here is my version of the Thank You card.  

Here is one of the Congrats cards along with the foil lined envelope.  

Eight cards came together quickly and easily.

Circle Monogram Stamp

I had no idea I'd love the new Circle Monogram Stamps so much!

They are completely customizable so the possibilities are endless!

I created one to stamp onto the back of my cards.

You can create an address stamp or a greeting for the front of your card.

I also think about tagging along with a friend somewhere fun.
This class is about both!
--This FREE class is only open to those that bring along a friend that has never attended one of my classes.  Your friend doesn't know she's a stamper until she's tried it!  This is a free, no obligation way to try it out.  (Friend must be 18 or older.)
--I will have two projects for both you and your friend to create.

Paper Pumpkin - In The Bag

Paper Pumpkin just keeps getting better and better!

This month's project was a fun Bag/Box.  It came with die-cut letters so  

you can choose a word to fit any occasion.

I made one for some friends that are taking my oldest daughter on a road trip to visit colleges.  Eeek!

I plan to fill it with road trip essentials like hand-sanitizer, Wet Wipes and snacks.

My daughter Ruby made one for her teacher and plans to fill it with treats.

The cool thing about this kit is that it came with enough supplies to make FIVE bags!!!

Every kit comes with stamps and an ink pad, along with paper and accessories.
