Cards Make the Greatest Gifts!

You may have heard me say a few times that
a hand-stamped set of cards makes the greatest gift!
I had such fun making this set of cards!
I stamped the images from For The Birds on card stock,
then I colored them with markers.
I punched them out using the Deco Labels Framelits
and attached them to the precut Note Cards & Envelopes with Dimensionals.

This little gift was for Jonna, the daughter of our friends. She let us stay in her house this weekend
while we took our oldest daughter to visit a college campus down in Las Cruces.
Jonna was out of town visiting her fiancé but graciously let us invade her cute little home.
I love how these cards will be perfect to send to her fiancé!

Baby Wipe Technique

Stamping Technique Club is back in session!
We still have a couple of spots open!!  Join us this coming Tuesday!!

Last month we learned the Baby Wipe Technique.
You simply fold a baby wipe twice, place in a container, and
drip 3-4 colors of reinkers on the wipe to create a
multicolored ink pad.

This uses the new pretty new set

More Rubber Stamping 101 Cards

In addition to the two candy boxes in previous posts,
we also made the following cards at my Continuing Ed class.
You've seen a version of this in a previous post.
This uses the Note Cards and Envelopes.
No cutting involved!

Love this card that taught the students how to color with markers.

This was cased from Ruth Norton.
We did a version of this card at our last stamp camp.

I love this card that also uses the Note Cards and Envelopes.
This beautiful stamp set Flower Patch layers so beautifully with just ink!
Because this set is Photopolymer, 2-step stamping is a breeze!
Because some of these flowers are large, it is best to stamp with the
Stampin' Pierce Mat beneath your card stock.
This gives a little cushion that helps give you a perfect impression every time.

Another Candy Box

I couldn't resist showing you one more candy box.
This was the easiest one yet.
This is another sour cream pouch box made with vellum.
There are silver Hershey nuggets inside.  Kisses would work just as well.

This time I dry embossed it with the
Super simple and sweet!

All About the Candy

Since there were only a few of us attending our last monthly downline meeting,
we decided to do a candy shoebox swap.
Several of us had trouble choosing just one to bring,
so we ended up with lots of fun projects.
My first project was in my last post.
This was my second project.  I love this oldie but goodie sour cream pouch.
This just takes 1/4 sheet of vellum.  I stamped and embossed it.
That's washi tape around the ends.

Love this little santa box from Ruth Norton.
The inside view.

This is Cassie Rogers' cute little candy pouch.
This would also be great to hold pencils or Pixie Sticks.

This is Carmelita Wasson's chocolate pouch.
I love how she used the new Gift Card Envelope & Trims Die.
This die is designed to perfectly fit a gift card,
but Carmelita scored it to allow it to fit a mini Hershey inside.

Ruth designed this ingenious box.
It's made using 4 punched DSP circles!!

Carmelita made this sweet little box using the new
You HAVE to have this amazing little board!
Get it as part of my upcoming Gift Box Punch Board class!

More Curvy Keepsake Boxes

As promised, here is another idea using the new
These boxes couldn't be easier.
This is the version we made at my
Rubber Stamping 101 at UNM's Continuing Ed Program.
After cutting the cardstock, I stamped it with white snowflakes.
These box could be even easier by using DSP.

This is a slightly altered version we made at my downline meeting.
I just changed the tag and the ribbon.
More fun from the last downline meeting in my next post!
