Beautiful Ride

This fun little card uses the set
Beautiful Ride from the Occasions Catalog
along with the coordinating 
Party Punch Pack.
It also uses the new Confetti Embossing Folder.
The balloon bouquet on page 15 of the catalog inspired this card.
