This month at Tuesday Tea and Techniques we learned
Faux Paper Piecing.
I love the new
They are available individually or as a bundle at 15% off.
This technique is so simple. The die does all the work for you.
Once you die cut the flower from your card base,
you attach a piece of DSP to the back,
then add the flower outline to the front using
the fabulous Fine-Tip Glue Pen.
These intricate dies are a breeze to work with when using
the indispensable Precision Base Plate.
I can't begin to tell you what a difference this tool makes!!
Here is a version of the card using a
contrasting color of cardstock.
My daughter, Ruby, included some actual paper piecing in her project.
She used some of the pieces she had die cut from pink cardstock.
